 Travellers Rest Caravan Park has it all... Bushland, Native Wildlife, with views to the Mountains, Conway NP, Ocean & the Whitsunday Islands 
It is only a 200 metre walk from the caravan park onto the beach.  


The Whitsundays are a group of more than 150 islands and islets off the sub-tropical central Queensland coast  
Most of the islands are unspoilt National Parks with 7 islands having resorts on them

Brilliant turquoise waters surround the Whitsundays which is caused by the  particles of fine sediments that come mostly from the river systems of the  mainland.
Huge tides (typically 3–5 metres in rise and fall) that sweep this part of the coast keep these sediments stirred up and scatter the sunlight, in the same way that scattering of light gives the sky its blue colour.
